Not much - everything met my expectations. Breakfast options are okay, but pretty standard.

I feel like many times accommodations in Armenia have much higher rating than they deserve, but in this case, excellent rating is really adequate. It is beautiful, very nicely decorated and very modern, both from the outside and inside. Dinner and breakfast in local restaurant were excellent. Location is convenient.

Very nice and cozy atmosphere. No one disturbed us. The staff was very polite. I didn’t use them, but a free coworking space and a restaurant are provided for all guests.

I did not enjoyed the breakfast as much as I hoped. However for a provincial b&b it was quiet sufficient.

Location was great. Very clean. Nice breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend!

Breakfast doesn’t start till 9, which is a bit late for a hotel in a hiking village. But the staff did pack me up a breakfast to take with me the previous evening so I could get an early start - which was very kind.

Everything about this place was great. The room was spotless, looks new, and very nicely decorated. Lots of places to sit and relax, and take in the beautiful view. Great location, right by the town centre, but still feels like you're in the countryside. Super friendly staff. Breakfast was the best of all the hotels I stayed in the region. Lots of choice, and proper coffee included

The place is very nice and the view is great. The whole territory is designed to make your stay as relaxing as possible. Really enjoyed it!

Really beautiful and unique rooms. Love the wood and stone vibe and how clean and fresh the rooms were. Great breakfast and helpful friendly staff and a great location.

Very good breakfast. The hotel is really lovely decorated. They have also a restaurant. And a good location for working + drinking coffee. It's also very close to the "center" of Dillijan. Beautiful wall picture in my room.

The curtains were too small! Outside, everything is ablaze with light, which is beautiful, but I could not close the curtains in a way that it becomes dark enough in my room, which is kind of stupid at night when you want to sleep. Also, the heater is in the way. I did not find the pillows comfortable. The water tap spilled out too much water and it was too hot. The toilet flush once got defunct (water continously running), so I had to fix it.

Best Location, everything was nearby. Property itself is amazing. Everything is so green! Breakfast was great. Just had great time. We asked for the Fan to get the wind rolling. :) It was a pleasant stay.

Twin room has AC but it doesn't work. We stayed in Twin share room, during day time temp is 30 degree Celsius. Room AC was not working. We asked the host for Fan. He arranged it and room was breathable again.
