✗ Air conditioner does not work well

It was great for the location, but cannot be a 5 stars hotel
✓ The location is so great metro just within few minutes walking distance, and there is the famous interesting place (Yu Garden) just only 5 minutes walk. Also shopping an small item wholesale market just next to the hotel.
✗ The room is not clean enough for 5 star hotel, our family got mosquito bit for every night. Also maybe there is bug in the carpet, after we complain in the first night they say they will going to cleanup the room, but it look remain the same. The breakfast most of the hot food is cool for example like rice congee and tea egg. And it charged over RMB100 per person.

Facilities, good service
✓ The infrastructure are excellent and facilities around the hotel.
✗ It’s not I didn’t like but I’ll suggest improvement about the front desk staff in the lobby, because some simple doubts that I asked to them they only said “I don’t know” and just it. As customer, I had to ask them to talk with the manager to solve something simple. But I have to congratulate the service of the guys on the 1 first floor (porters) they are very respectful and helpful all the time.

✓ Great location close to Metro for getting around, walking distance to the Bund and Yuyuan Gardens. Extensive breakfast buffet. Great views from floor to ceiling windows. Very spacious bathroom.
✗ The pool area was a bit tired looking and could do with a revamp.

Pleasant place to stay in Shanghai.
✓ We’ll located to get to the old town and the metro. The staff was friendly and the room super clean. Great view from all sides.
✗ I’m used to non smoking floors, I’m not sure this was really enforced. The air conditioner had a choice of loud or off.

We have a roof top bar. And due to the policy from the government, fireworks are forbidden all year round in the downtown of Shanghai.

Dear Kitty, Sorry for the late reply as we checked with the rooms department that our Club Suite only have one king size bed. But we have 2 other options : 1) you can book the club suite and add an extra bed ( you need to pay RMB158 for extra bed per night) 2) you can book our Club Double Room and let your reservation number to us. We will remark in the system to try arrange a room with better view. Again sorry for the late, but still looking forward to hearing from you and welcome you to our hotel.
