Hotel staff are great.

I have been a guest several times in this hotel. Every time, unfortunately, I feel bad because the hotel is falling apart and it is obvious that it is not maintained. Everything falls apart and absolutely nothing gets in. I'm sorry because the price they charge for a 5 star hotel is absolutely not justified. The hotel realistically has maybe 4 stars

The staff (reception, breakfast) was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good.

There was some mold in the bathroom (I guess because of moisture). I wish the 5-star hotel provided free toothpaste and toothbrushes in the room. Plus, the iron in the room would be also very useful.

They have some disrespectful waiters in the hotel restaurant, and one of the waiters in the hotel cafe tried to take more money from me for renting a billiard table than usual. Need hose for toilets

The best thing about the hotel was the Mountain View the room was large modern the staff friendly the spa and gym the price was great there’s a mall with everything 8 minutes walk

I’ve been to so many hotels around the world this is the first time no complimentary water even in the gym u have to buy it and the breakfast place was dark and crowded so much food but could be presented in a better way the swimming pools so crowded because people come from outside and use it it’s written no diving or jumping and all the kids are jumping because it’s a thermal should not allow babies and kids they can use outdoor pools which I couldn’t use because so crowded

All of the food was phenomenal with all sorts of lovely items available on the buffet

The distance of the hotel from Sarajevo city centre was a bit inconvenient
