✓ Perfect location. Nearly on La Rambla. Close to shops and restaurants. Lively area.
✗ Breakfast area can be crowded at times as it is not quite big and it gets lots of clients. If you opted for breakfast there, a very good choice available. But you may have to wait to secure a table if you are with friends and family.

Overall due to location and value for money I'd definitely recommend.
✓ The location was absolutely perfect, just off of La Rambla in the Gothic Quarter. Room was lovely and clean. Water pressure in the shower was great. A mirror above the dressing table would have been appreciated though. The reception staff were very helpful, lending us travel plugs. The a/c was great.
✗ Breakfast was nothing short of chaotic, nobody to seat you. It's like a school lunch hall and a free for all. The selection wasn't great and the milk for the cereal was warm. Sound travels right through the hotel, it didn't disrupt our sleep too much and sound from outside on the street didn't get in, but from the corridors into your room was loud. No tea/coffee facilities, but maybe that's a British thing.
