Renovated and squeaky clean room. Location right in the heart of town. Very hospitable staff.

Parking is hard everywhere in the city and this place is no exception. I was able to find parking near by for a nominal fee.

First visit to Andorra and the hotel was everything that I was expecting it to be

a bit hilly but everywhere in Andorra is and I knew this in advance

The staff at the hotel were very good and very helpful when 1 of our crew had to go to hospital and has had to leave his motorbike in the garage. The hotel is very nice and comfortable with a nice breakfast.

Friendly, helpful, worldy staff who spoke multiple languages. I liked the lift, the offer of discounted breakfast, the provisoon of a European phone charger, pleasant banter and confidence of reliability should trouble loom.

Too far ex CBD but bus L6 , 300 me downhill could solve this.

The staff is extremely customer oriented, everyone was very friendly and I especially liked the personal smalltalk with every staffmember (cleaning + kitchen + reception staff). I enjoyed a family feeling in the dining room with the staff. I had to leave before the kitchen opened for breakfast the last day and the receptionist even prepared me a small bag with sandwiches, yoghourt, water and fruits the nightbefore! The staff member gave me many information about the surroundings and interesting POI. I was able to charge my electric car at stable 5kw.

The isolation was not very good. I could hear my neighbours in the other rooms and the cars outside. Luckily they weren't that noisy and there weren't many cars at night. The internet was not very fast, but stable enought for a stream.

The staff is very kind and the hotel is cozy. The breakfasts are nice too.

There is no air conditioning. I visited Andorra la Vella in June and it was a very hot week, like +30-35. The temperature in the room was unbearable. They said that such a weather is extremely rare in Andorra, so, perhaps, I just got unlucky.

The staff are super friendly and helpful, very informative, attentive, and full of recommendations for places to eat, visit, and spend your time. You get yourself a hearty continental buffet breakfast. There is a daily room cleaning service as professional and considerate as the front of house staff are.

The room was not as big as we expected. It served its purpose (a place to sleep after a long day of activities) but it would have been nice to have a little more space. Still, it did the job.

Do you have a secure spot for me to park my motorbike? (for free) Would be staying for alonger time but don't want to pay 15euros per night for the bike...
