Summer dream vacation! Love it!

✓ It was my summer dream vacation ever! The place was so beautiful, excellent hotel and people always willing to help! I was traveling alone and I really enjoyed my stay at Occidental Pueblo Acantilado! Thank you very much!! 👍 Will visit you again for sure! Oh, and also there are not only shampoo and conditioner in a bathroom, but also shower gel and body lotion!! That was so cute you guys care about these little things that make stay better!

✗ I didn't like that I stayed for 7 days only, I'd like to stay more! 😉

✓ Breakfast fabulous Location Upgraded to a Cliff Room The staff are very accommodating

✗ The property is tired needs updating My balcony door did not lock but was repaired The next morning. No kitchen items - I had to ask for a kettle no cups to make a hot drink no cutlery you can pay 20€ then you will receive everything you need - this should be incorporated in to the room rate so you have equipment Hot water off from 3am-6pm following day. It’s ok for 1 night stay

We had a nice time loved the Italian restaurant outside.

✓ It is a very cute place like a village. Loved the buggy which took us to our room at night as I have a bad knee. Our room was upgraded because there was a double bed and I wanted 2 singles. So a good start!

✗ The upgraded room was spacious but very dated. But would not see this a a negative as you did your best to accommodate us. :) The pool was far too small for the amount of people at the resort and didn't like the astro turf.

Pretty good. Very interesting and pretty casas painted in beautiful colours.

✓ Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Good food. Great helpful staff. Very interesting and unique location.

✗ The swimming pool was certainly not for swimming. It was completely overcrowded. The children were a nightmare. Impossible to swim. Also the water was too warm. There should be a separate pool for children and their toys, and a pool for those of us who wish to swim. My sunglasses were stolen from my lounge chair while I was in the pool. I thought I would have a calm vacation to swim and take the sun. That didn't happen.

✓ The resort was amazing and pretty. Great view of the sea. Staff were friendly and happy. My room had great aircon. The pool area was great too.

✗ On a hill which meant a lot of walking. Quite some distance from city centre so can not order food online. The restaurants on site had gaps between service where they close and open later. The TV did not have English channels for international customers.
