✓ Old and room was ok but the sofa stank. I don’t think it’s ever been washed or cleaned

✗ Old hotel I believe it was the first one built on sunny beach, the lobby smelt of fish

✗ more organization in the kitchen. there is poor preparation. there are endless queues and besides this the program is too short for food. plates disappear immediately and wait for minutes.

✗ Old hotel, not enough staff to keep clean facilities, toilets on the reception were disgusting, average quality of drinks, uncomfortable beds, would rate max 3*, queuing almost everywhere, for dinner, they check on list of 10 papers, if your room number is on it, which caused another queuing, eventhough everyone has all inclusive in the hotel. House-keepers entering your room without knocking, even on the day of checkout it happened twice while we were sleeping, third bed (sofa) was not prepared, and was very uncomfortable, could not sleep on it even one night, everything very unorganized.

Highly Disappointing Experience at a Deceptively Rated Hotel

✓ During my recent stay at a hotel, I encountered a mix of positive and negative aspects that shaped my overall experience. While the hotel boasted a favorable location directly on the beach and offered attractive outdoor swimming pools, there were certain shortcomings that cannot be overlooked.

✗ I recently had an incredibly disappointing stay at a hotel that grossly misrepresented its quality. The all-inclusive service, in particular, left me extremely dissatisfied. The food provided was of poor quality and frequently depleted, with a noticeable wastage of resources. Tableware, including plates, cutlery, and glasses, was often unavailable, forcing guests to resort to using improper alternatives such as salad bowls for their morning coffee. Additionally, the hotel's clientele consisted of extremely uncivilized and gluttonous individuals, further diminishing the overall experience. Despite marketing itself as a 5-star establishment, the hotel's actual standards fell well below even a 1-star rating. It was an enormous disappointment. Furthermore, it is crucial to highlight the excessive and unnecessary food wastage that occurred throughout my stay. This flagrant disregard for sustainability and responsible consumption added to the disappointment of the overall experience. In conclusion, despite the hotel's advantageous location and visually appealing pool, the catastrophic service during meals, poor quality of alcoholic beverages, and excessive wastage of food made for an exceptionally disappointing stay. The hotel's claimed 5-star rating was a blatant misrepresentation, and I strongly caution against selecting this establishment for a satisfactory vacation experience. Cons: Catastrophic service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner: The all-inclusive service failed to meet even the most basic expectations. The quality and variety of food were abysmal, and wastage was rampant, needlessly squandering resources. Additionally, the inadequate supply of tableware was a recurring issue. Poor quality of offered alcoholic beverages: The hotel's selection of alcoholic drinks was notably subpar, further detracting from the overall all-inclusive experience.
