✓ Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast. But the best thing ever was a panoramic view from the rooftop bar! I strongly recommend to try their Salchipapas with some cold beer ;)

✗ Unfortunately, in the morning before check-out , electricity in the building was turned off. So, I couldn't charge my cellphone and had to take an ice cold shower... The bed in 303 wasn't very comfy.

I was expecting something more

✗ Apparently, the hotel was going thru some renovations and my hot water was shut off. Also, the rooftop was closed due to some construction.

✓ Great location with a view of the cathedral which is just across the street (so everything in Centro Histórico is close by) Staff are friendly and try to help (it’s better if you can speak Spanish or use Google translate) Beds are comfy View from the terrace is amazing and having breakfast there is great

✗ The room needs a little bit of maintenance and care to make it more of a boutique place (it has a lot of potential to be an amazing place to stay) It can be quite noisy from the street below but this is the price of staying in a great location Walls between rooms are pretty thin so you can hear EVERYTHING from rooms around you Wifi is pretty slow

Very nice place. It was a good price for being so close to the Plaza. Cool rooftop.

✓ The staff was very friendly. I showed up before check in. They let me store my bags until 1PM. When I arrived back to check in they had already moved my bags upstairs to my room. You do have to climb stairs and the stair well isn’t very big. Like most places here

✓ Incredible location and view. Awesome staff. Fantastic price. Nice rooftop bar (young crowd tho with bad taste in music). Really everything overall wss spectacular.

✗ Water somewhat cold. Noise outside but great location on the square, so i assumed noise would be an issue. Calmed down ~2300 so not too bad. Steps may be a bit much for those with issues climbing stairs.
