Great airport hotel. Highly recommend.
✓ My room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. It was a quick 5 minute drive to the airport. Cafe had everything I needed. Staff was helpful at arranging a very early airport shuttle. I really appreciated that an english speaking receptionist was available since my spanish is not very good.
✗ First room I was given was noisy but I was immediately moved to a quiet wing of the hotel once I requested the change.

✓ Very clean, great bed and pillows, strong wifi, nice kitchen and supplies, big shower, pretty view of a hillside pasture, outstanding breakfast buffet!

✓ there was enough space. we were only there for a few hours. front desk was very helpful . bedroom were small but for a lay over between flights it was fine.
✗ that some of the floors were below ground. the view out the window was not nice. thing I didn’t like. also when I was asking about airport transport I was given a number to contact. the phone number was not a WhatsApp number. I didn’t want to make a international call to schedule transportation. I think the hotel should help make this arrangement and not pass the responsibility to me. especially since my Spanish is not good.

✓ Back side of hotel facing the green belt and horses was good. Got away from much of the road noise.
✗ The kitchen could have been supplied with, at minimum, some dish soap, dish cloth. The bathroom garbage can had not been emptied and crumbs were left on the kitchen floor making you wonder if the floor had been cleaned/washed? Thank you.

A good, reliable place to stay.
✓ Relatively close to airport. Now it offers a restaurant that is very convenient and the food was great. No need to go out for meals. The breakfast is quite good and comes with the price of the room.

✗ Expected free transportation to the airport but the staff called a private taxi. Also my wakeup call was about 30 minutes late.

Good afternoon, our apartments have balconies, but if you wish to smoke it must be behind closed doors because if the apartment is impregnated with cigarettes there is a penalty of 150 dollars.
