Stefano was a wonderful host- he provided very detailed information about the beaches, the neighborhood and the island. He also kindly upgraded me to to the small guesthouse, which was so airy that I didn't even need to use the AC most of the time. The pool area was very relaxing and serene. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe - I felt fine walking back from the beach around 9-10pm and there is a nice grocery store nearby. The closest beach is about 10 min walk, but in Aruba it's very easy to walk to even further beaches (or you can take the bus which runs every 15 min on weekdays). Also, take the snorkling equipment Stefano has and go to Boca Catalina beach! The marine life (turtles, fish, octopuses, etc) is out of this world!

Beautiful and cozy apartment in a nice and quiet neighborhood next to the salina, but in walking distance of lively Palm and Hadicurari Beaches and of the next supermarket. I loved to take a bath in the jacuzzi / pool or to relax in the hammock after a long hiking trip... The garden is really pretty. Stefano is the best host you could ever imagine, very generous, full of humour and giving helpful advice. Grazie Mille - I would definitely go there again!
