Franklin Apartments - Within the heart of Adelaide.

✓ Stayed at the Franklin apartments during my last leg in Australia. Bed is super comfortable and sturdy, no back pains. Plus you get a good selection of hygiene products and towels. There is a washer and dryer in the rooms, which is great to not having to wait till you get back home to do your laundry. You have a kitchenette which is great if you want to save some money and cook your meals. This is made super easy with the Adelaide Central market just less than a block away. Staff was super professional and efficient, Hardwick was very helpful during the check out process, as well as holding my bags at reception before my airport shuttle arrived.

✗ There is no gym at the facility. However, they do offer guests memberships to the Good life Health Club just around the corner. If you are traveling interstate and are a member of Derrimut and Anytime Fitness, there are also locations within a 15-20 walk.

I loved every minute of my stay at Franklin apartments.

✓ I loved the location, the privacy and the courtesy of the reception staff. I loved being very close to everything I needed. Rundle Mall was a five minute walk down the street. I had plenty of privacy given by the location and the set-up of the property

Fabulous

✓ The accommodation was great. It was comfortable and clean for the most part. It was quiet and close to my meetings and conference venue. The cost was good for 2 people. The instructions to access after hours worked really well and was very clear.

✗ The lift was very slow. The staff did not open on time. The fridge froze my fruit.

Fabulous

✓ We were cold in our apartment and could not adjust the heating. The reception area was considerably warmer than our room! Liked the helpfulness of the staff. Also liked that the room was in the CBD and yet it was very quiet. It was very convenient to have parking available under the building for an extra cost.

✗ Only one small thing- I had to move an armchair when I dropped something- discovered the furniture doesn’t get moved when the unit is being vacuumed!

Will gladly stay again

✓ Fantastic location. 5 minute walk from the major mall which includes all you could ask for retail, food, groceries and liquor wise. Close by a huge range of diverse restaurants amd eateries. Only 20 minutes from the airport and the really popular Glenelg beach. The apartment itself had more than we expected. Completely self contained unit with a full kitchen, washer and dryer. Comfortable beds. The house keeping was fantastic. Friendly staff. Around good place to stay in Adelaide CBD for cheap!

✗ The next door room was noisy into the night but that was more them, no fault of the property. Couldn't hear noise from any other rooms.

Hello, Franklin Apartments offers limited secure car parking, available at $30 per night per car with 24 hours access. A parking space has been reserved for you in our onsite basement car park. The height clearance is 1.95m. Kind regards, Lam

Hi Do you have a hieght restriction on your car park. I have a large 4wd and cannot fit in most carparks. my car is 2.1m high

Thank you for your enquiry. All our apartments come with a washing machine and a dryer.

We are arriving internationally at 7.15pm. Is there any sort of late check-in?

Yes, we do have a late check-in procedures.

Your 3 bedroom apartments indicate “private bathroom” and “additional bathroom”. Please confirm how many bathrooms there are.

Yes we can, we will verify your card over the phone and can arrange the late check-in

Hey, I was wondering if your accommodation could accommodate my mini bus (just a standard van size) and a trailer for the one night?

Our car park height clearance is 1.95m and it is in the basement. I doubt it will fit a mini bus. Alternative option open space parking at Franklin St. Car park located at 23 Franklin Street Adelaide, hourly charges applies.

Hi can you tell me if your parking area is quite large we have a F250 and need to have a larger parking bay to leave it in ?

There are some spots in the basement that are large where you can fit however our car parking height clearance is 1.95m, not sure if thats enough for your F250 though.
