✗ Furniture and fixtures are little tired and need replacing/updating.

✗ the location. quite far from city of London. need about at least £20 by cab to central london. And quite far also from the nearest train / tube station. u shoul walk about 16 minutes.

Ideal place for short stay, you have everything you need to stay in but also loads of options nearby
✓ Easy walking distance to underground and bus routes, as well as within walking distance for some Central London attractions and shopping areas.
✗ If anything a slightly more comfortable sofa in the living room (which we understand will be looked into), but not wholly essential if spending most of your time out and about. Otherwise everything else was fine.
