Great hospitality, as expected from a family business hotel and restaurant. Breakfast was ok, not buffet but sufficient dishes to keep you energised Room was spacious, the bathroom was ok, clean and tidy all around Overall satisfied

Everything! This is really amazing b&b with caring owners. They made dinner in tonir and shared their own wine making stories with us. We tried their amazing wine. Perfect!

The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The location was great. The property was in the center of Areni, just minutes away from shops and restaurants. The breakfast was nice with a good selection of local foods. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable and made every effort to make the stay comfortable.

We spent a night in Areni Wine Art. The place is renovated so nice rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was great and the staff friendly. They have a nice terrace outside and make great tea and tomato omelette. They even sell herbs and teas.

Despite the renovated rooms, the beds were not new at all. We felt every single spring on the back. Not very comfortable. Also, from the name and the pictures we thought we could have have dinner there and taste wines of the Areni area. However, there is no restaurant at the place itself and the village doesn't really have a central part so nothing really special. But the road immediately after Areni was spectacular and the mountains at the village very beautiful.

Friendly clean guest house with modern rooms, owner family serves tasty dinner upon prior request. Good wifi. Owner speaks good English.

The lodges name "Wine Art" is not reflected in services or activities currently on offer, it's just a lodge in a wine growing region.
