Just 3 minutes' walk from Bayswater and Queensway Tube Stations and a 5-minute walk from Hyde Park, this 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi.

✓ The room I got the first night was too small, I therefore requested an upgrade to have a larger room and separate beds. This was much better
✗ Bathroom very small
✓ Didn’t have the breakfast so unable to review. All staff very attentive and polite. Great location from Queensway tube and Hyde Park.
✗ Unfortunately despite being on the 8th floor which I hoped would be quiet there was a lot of noise from music playing and people talking until about 2 or 3 in the morning. I hardly slept for the 2 nights that I stayed. Doors were banging shut also. My pillows were very uncomfortable and lumpy.
✓ Location and the building …very good breakfast
✗ No evening restaurant facility
✓ Location good, the hotel has great character in its decor and history. Staff are friendly and welcoming liked the bar drinks reasonably priced and bar staff attentive and pleasant.
✗ Bathroom a bit small
✓ Comfortable
✗ Update the lift
✓ I like that the AC were working all the time and the place is excellent but the hotel was at very high price per night
✗ When I arrived the room that I was signed in was at the basement and I dont like to stay in the basement then the room i got was in the second floor but it was tiny but fine
✓ History
✗ Very small cramped room, staircase not suitable for heavy suitcases. Restaurante only open for breakfast ( no d’innées)
✓ Location is great
✗ Water pressure was extremely low, I got a basement room with window that I could not close, my friend got a room with no window. I expected more for over 200€/night, 4 star hotel….
