✓ The location of the hotel is amazing, very nice neighborhood. The hotel has warm and cozy feeling and as soon as you walk in you feel very welcome. The girl at the check in was very friendly and immediate booked my spot in the sauna so I could take my time to relax.
✗ The room is organized in an efficient way but you have to bare in mind the size. Myself being 180cm tall, the bed was just ok :)
✓ Beautiful loft room, spotlessly clean, cosy and comfortable. Free water station a huge plus.
✗ would appreciate a magnifying/shaving mirror and a small fridge. there's no way to keep food or drink chilled, which likely could be an issue for families with small children
✓ I did not include breakfast in my booking. Yet, Have dines every morning in the hotel restaurant as breakfast dishes variety, quality were excellant and super tasety:-)
✗ Electricity connection in the room was not very conveniant.
✓ good smell in the room very quite at night soft bed so many restaurants nearby, 10 mins walk to Paddington station breakfast is delicious kind staff love the position of television
✗ cannot see the street a bit cold after bath
✓ Lovely clean modern amenities with spacious rooms and Wonderfully helpful staff.
✓ I loved the location, the overall Scandinavian style, and cleanliness of this property. The gym, work out studio, and sauna or a real treat. Staff was lovely and very accommodating. I felt claustrophobic in the first room they gave me and received no issue to switch the room out promptly.
✗ It seems like they tried a bit too hard to be a modernized vegan /sustainable experience. This wasn’t clear to me when I booked the room. First, a tremendous portion of the world is not vegan. Unfortunately I couldn’t give their restaurant any business because I need meat in my diet. I also found it strange that they allowed seafood (which I’m allergic to) which is not vegan. Second, my room was tiny and the trashcan (also tiny) was lined with paper, so anything wet with dampen it, and when I ordered in a few nights, it was too tiny to place my trash. I had to leave it out in the hallway on the floor. The first room I was given felt like a prison cell. It was enclosed with walls, and only one tiny window at the very top of one wall, which was too high to be looked through.
✓ Good and clean near to everything Paddington station ,cleaner ,market .good shower.
✗ sink is so small
✓ Great location, friendly and helpful staff
✗ WiFi access was limited, does not work for some websites
