✓ My cabin was very clean and staff were friendly

Bate and switched room.
✓ The room was hot as the shades were up and the sun beaming in. Room was a switch and bate, not at all what we expected from the picture. Not even remotely close to website.
✗ 1.) I did not like the fact that the rooms were totally different. 2.) The clothes dryer did not work. It took four dryer cycles to dry clothes.
