Ok for price. Wear slippers/flip flops as carpet v bad, and bring room spray.

The price was good for Saturday night in London.

The carpet in the room was stained and dirty. The room smelt.

Pleasant

Good location

Basic - only one towel. Tea/coffee & takeaway cup but did not supply milk. Requested kettle & TV controller, then had to request batteries for controller. Ok for 1-2 nights.

A good night's sleep

The room was clean, the sheets and pillow stiff and new, the water was hot in the shower

I was in an attic room. Low corners under the bed, and to the side of the toilet. Banged my head twice.

Basic board and lodgings you might get if you had just been released from prison.

Convenient

Stale smell everywhere most likely old carpets, low management or security presence, no tea making facilities in room or any facilities open or available. Didn’t feel very safe and I would only stay sleep the least amount of time and leave taking everything with me.

Okay for a couple nights for the right price

Staff were polite and helpful, especially since we arrived quite late because of ferry delays. Decent location, quite close to Alexandra Palace (we were seeing a gig). Beds were comfortable-ish and the shower was (extremely) powerful and hot. Mini fridge and kettle worked (altho plugs all low to the ground so awkward). Overall decent cheap place to stay if you just need a bed for a night or two.

Car park shape is weird. Room was an awkward shape. Beds especially small. Bathroom door lock wouldn't work. General decor cheap and odd. Tea/coffee supplies had no milk and tea was very bad. Shower very low and uncomfortable to use. Wardrobe door off its hinges. "Interesting" smell to fit general shabbiness. Nothing majorly wrong, just nothing majorly right.

Disappointing. We did not notice these problems as we we checked and left the room to carry on with our plans.

The bed was clean and comfortable. Water was hot

The decor was tired. The paper cups. The kettle base was broken. Also no power socket for the kettle on the desk/dressing table, had to plug it in a socket on the floor. No milk. Damp on the bathroom ceiling.

Great location in good neighbourhood but slightly tired hotel

The location was great, very convenient to the station, very nice safe area. Easy to find. Easy to park. The room was clean (apart from stained sheets) The hot water was incredibly hot. Very quiet.

The property was tired and the room didn’t look as pictured. Mine was a loft room so has sloping ceilings. There were stains on the sheets. The hotel felt very quiet which was good but almost as though nobody else was there at all. Apart from my neighbour that came in in the very early hours and spoke on the phone loudly for a long time and I could hear every word because there was no sound proofing. The shower over the bath has a shower head you couldn’t adjust at all, no shower curtain and the rail was rusty. I didn’t use the shower at all because I didn’t like the look of it.
