Comfy but noisy
✓ The rooms were big, clean, comfy and the air conditioning was we great!
✗ It is extremely noisy. You can hear everything in the lobby and there doesn’t seem to be any restrictions on when quiet times are. We were woken up almost daily between the hours of 6-9 am by people hanging out in the lobby playing music loud chats and children. Although we were only woken up once by this in the night.

Fabulous
✓ The room was cool looking. The place was a little old but charming. My room had no AC, so it got a little hot. But being on the third floor with windows open, I got a pretty decent ocean breeze and was able to sleep comfortably.

Very good value for money
✓ I got an upgraded room (the suite) which was very nice and made it up for my previous horrible experience on another island, so thanks a lot! The beds are super comfy, with various pillows and good linen. The bathroom was nice and clean, the shower was hot. The Wi-Fi works good both in the room and in the common area. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
✗ The area has lots of construction sites at the moment, and you have to walk a bit to reach the pier area with bars and restaurants, but it's totally manageable.

✗ The wifi was not good but we suspect there is a signal problem in the entire island. We missed also some basics elements in a hotel room: hairdryer or a safe

Nice and cozy stay in Puerto Ayora
✓ The room was simple but clean and had a comfortable bed. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly and gave me a very warm welcome. Even breakfast was included which I hadn’t expected. I had a very pleasant stay!
