Got upgraded, great experience travelling for work

✓ I received a free upgrade by a lovely receptionist. Room was only £188 which is great for London

Good location, somewhat hidden which was nice and close to local landmarks.

✓ Excellent view and room layout. Room service was always good and done properly.

Great hotel at the heart of the City

✓ Great location (at least City wise), new and clean hotel, helpful service. This was my second visit, after the hotel was taken over from the former Apex management, so was glad to see that Clayton retained the standard (though see dislike below)

✗ Too many emails from the hotel. They wanted me to check-in online and after ignoring them, I even received a text message. That was rather annoying, so in order to prevent them going next step further in calling me over the telephone, I tried to check-in as they were suggesting and then I could not make it as the system was not responding for one reason or another... When I came in person, I checked-in in less than two minutes with no problem whatsoever. Difficult to understand why they choose to harass guests with such aggressive check-in campaign, hopefully someone will show this comment to mastermind that advised such strategy to be implemented...

do you have a spa?

Good afternoon, Unfortunately, we do not have spa facilities in our Apex London Wall Hotel.

Is it easy for persons to be dropped off at the front of the hotel and what time do you have to vacate the room by. My wife is disabled so any rommhas to be accessible by lift

Our main entrance is wheelchair-friendly as there is a ramp instead of stairs. Our departure time is 11am.

how far is it from Liverpool train station?

It is 8 minutes Walking

do you have any rooms with 2 twin beds or an option to add a sleeper? I will be traveling with a friend and sharing a bed is not ideal.
