Great location, friendly staff, great value for money! Would recommend for a short stay in London!
✓ Location was really good! So close to Paddington and Hyde park. Rooms were very clean and had fresh towels. Reception staff and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.
✗ The walls are very thin and you can hear every movement from upstairs and next door, cleaners were doing a room above us from 8am and the noise was awful but we did see this on reviews so we knew we might have this issue

Great base for a London stay, I'll return.
✓ Brilliant location for tube,rail and bus connections, also an easy walk down Edgeware Road to Marble Arch and Hyde Park Corner. 24 hour reception really is 24 hour reception. Room serviced every day without asking, Big towels !! TV worked well. Staff very friendly.
✗ Bed was a bit hard, but much better than many hotels i have stayed in. I had a room above me and could hear the people stomping about (I think they were packing) quite late, but this was only one night out of 4. Room was a bit crampoed (I was told it was the smallest double in the hotel.

Perfect for a night stay for a business trip
✓ The room was of good size with decent furniture and the staff is very kind. Also, the reception is open 24 hours. This location is ideal for me as it is very well linked with train and tube and there are many options for a quick meal and breakfast.
✗ I was a bit surprised that the inner lock did not work, and as a result housekeeping ended up opening the door when I was in the room. The receptionist told me that the fire brigade asked the hotel to disable the locks, but this is the first time I hear of this, and I have stayed in many London hotels.
