Great, highly recommend
✗ Really really good place, amazing comfort, cleanliness, spa, location is fantastic right in the city, super quiet inside, newly remodeled, pleasant staff, super stay. One thing is not easy to find free street parking around, but there are some public paid parking though.

✓ Centrally located, cozy and nice. Bright decoration, comfortable beds and pillows. I had a corner room with a charming balcony:)
✗ As it is located between 2 streets can be a bit noisy for those who are sensitive. For me was perfectly fine.

✓ This is a quirky property in the centre of Vichy. It is nicely decorated and clean. The staff went out of their way to be helpful.
✗ If you have mobility problems, the lift is extremely small and the stairs are a bit uneven.
