Could not cancel nor shift a wrong date booking
✗ Booked by mistake wrong date, found out once I was there, that my booking was in 4 months time,asked if it was possible to cancel or shift the booking, they did not allow, so I had to pay twice. I would say poor service, as I would accept to pay a small fine, but not the overall booking.

✗ I booked & received confirmation a month before my planned stay, when I arrived at 19.30 after a long journey I was informed that my room had been cancelled due to over booking. No consideration given to the fact that I am a woman travelling alone, I felt very unsafe. I had to travel onwards for 2 hours to find a town with multiple hotels & 24 hour reception.

✓ Regular visitor here. It's clean and quiet - exactly what I want.
✗ The wifi was broken - and this was terribly annoying because I intended to do some work on the internet. That was impossible. Some measurements (confirmed on three different devices): download speed 5-8 Mbps (very poor, but not broken) and upload speed 10 kbps (you read that correctly).
