The bed was like a cloud. The beach was out this wi this world. I love how hard the staff work to make you make you feel comfortable.

A lot flies, but is an island sometimes that happen happens. One of the small pool had two dead water water bug and a dead spider that was the quiet poo pool creepy. So they needed to clean that one up like

it was a small property, not fully booked which was really nice. People were kind and always there to help.

Rooms are a bit dated but fully functional.

Breakfast options were very good. There was an omelette station where you can have any type of omelette or egg cooked for you. Choices of French toast, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, etc are also available.

Brilliant facilities. Wonderful beach, lots of good food options, 3 good sized swimming pools, lots of group activities to join in on each day. If you enjoy a drink, the all inclusive nature is brilliant. There is a wide array of drinks included so you aren’t stuck ordering the same drink over and over. Absolutely loved our time there

Be careful about hidden costs. They added USD 34 per day to our bill, so can add up quite quickly. There isn’t an ATM anywhere close so make sure to get cash out before arriving. I assume you’ll want to leave the resort occasionally to go see other things. There aren’t any shuttles so will have to get a taxi and only take cash. If you try to get cash out at the desk they’ll only be able to do it at certain times, can only do a minimum of USD 50 and will charge you 10% for the service, so make sure to have cash on you!

The private beach is incredible! The pools are fun and they have an infinity pool which is new I’m told The cocktails are strong and tasty Lots of activities so easy to make friends if you are solo travelling

Couldn’t get a seat for the grill or Italian restaurant so I ended up eating in the buffet lunch and dinner every time! Some of the staff are rude and even if you’re friendly you get nothing back! Not what I expect when you pay so much money to be there

The staff was always friendly especially the activities crew! The food at Topaz, the main eating area, was pretty decent. In some instances better than the restaurants.

Not enough beach towels available. It would be nice to offer additional vegetarian dishes. More physical activities would be nice, more than one yoga class or walk.

Loved the location, the beach and pools, coffee shop and Renee working there was fab. Good value

Lunches were very disappointing with no vegetables or veggie options. Had hot dogs with chips most days - buffet v disappointing. Breakfast and restaurants for evening meals were good

The coffee shop was great. The entertainment director was good when you saw her. The wait staff was nice and the outside barbecue was nice but only had chicken..

The beach chairs were mostly broken. The sand on the beach is dirty full of cigarette butts.. the rooms are very dark. 2 small lamps do not work. The sheets were not that clean. Stains on them. The food at night seemed the same over and over. Carved meats should be there each night. If you go to dinner later you should not get scraps. Like I did when they had ham. And the ham was cold. The place is not worth the money at all

The staff are really nice and welcoming. The beach and hotel is clean. Entertainment was really good too. I would definitely come back and recommend this place :) thank you!
