The best thing about the place is homely environment. I absolutely loved staying here and enjoyed my time thoroughly. It's like home away from home thanks to the hosting lady. You have a nice room in a house. Location is also nice, lot of restaurants, monuments and train/bus station at walking distance. It also have a nice garden and it's situation in an old street so you get to feel Gyumri up close

The place is close to the city center and is very quiet. Nice room and comfortable bed. The owner is very friendly and helpfull and can tell you al lot about Armenia and especially Gyumri. I will stay here again without doubt !!!

For the price, you really couldn't ask for more. A friendly, generous host. Large, comfortable double bed. Very much a "home" feeling. Clean and well-equipped bathroom. Good location. Definitely recommended.

The owner let me check in earlier, which was convenient. Room is big and spacious. Bathroom is spotless. Good location not too far from the bus station and from the main square. Stayed just one night. Everything went fine.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable.

The B&B was well located and easy to find. You can literally walk to most places of interests and the train station. The room was amazingly clean, spacious and well decorated. I fell in love with the room the moment I saw it. The room is part of the owner's house and it was definitely an amazing experience to live like a local. The shared bathroom was also very spacious and clean, and I could also get my laundry done. I enjoyed my evening conversations with the owner, Varduhi and learnt alot more about Gyumri from her! Definitely the place to stay if you want to experience the local life.

It is a wonderful place. The room is very cozy, the rest there is great. It is calm, but you can reach a city centre and railway station quickly. And the best in the place is its owner - lovely and warm-heart lady. You feel like not at the hotel but like visiting your family. Highly recommend.

Great location, very close to city center, yet calm and quiet. Two supermarkets and small food court in close proximity. Very attentive and kind house owner. Tea and coffee. Warm room, soft bed and thick blanket.

Table in the room begs for high chair, like the one in the kitchen.

Amazing helpfullness and kindness of the host. I was feeling like at home. Really recommend for everybody who's coming to Gyumri.

Very cute guest house, centrally located, and within a short walking distance from local sights and amenities. The room was the right size, with all the necessities. Everything was perfect and the host was very kind and friendly. Would recommend to all 👍
