Its a home away from home. Highly recommended for solo travelers and female travelers.
✓ The best thing about the place is homely environment. I absolutely loved staying here and enjoyed my time thoroughly. It's like home away from home thanks to the hosting lady. You have a nice room in a house. Location is also nice, lot of restaurants, monuments and train/bus station at walking distance. It also have a nice garden and it's situation in an old street so you get to feel Gyumri up close

✓ The place is close to the city center and is very quiet. Nice room and comfortable bed. The owner is very friendly and helpfull and can tell you al lot about Armenia and especially Gyumri. I will stay here again without doubt !!!

✓ For the price, you really couldn't ask for more. A friendly, generous host. Large, comfortable double bed. Very much a "home" feeling. Clean and well-equipped bathroom. Good location. Definitely recommended.

✓ The owner let me check in earlier, which was convenient. Room is big and spacious. Bathroom is spotless. Good location not too far from the bus station and from the main square. Stayed just one night. Everything went fine.
✗ Bed was a bit uncomfortable.
