Super friendly, helpful hosts. I learned a lot from them. Clean and neat room, excellent breakfast. Coffee and tea available all the time. Parking right in the front of the house. Just a few minutes walk to Tatev monastery. It has been a great experience, could recommend.

it was really comfortable like my house, the room had nice view of Tatev, room facilities were complete and comfortable. every day i enjoy a delicious and healthy breakfast and the owner hospitality is great, she is a real kind and calm mom. I'll back there because of these guys.

The staff made this place for me. Friendly, hospitable, funny - we had good chats. Location is a 5-minute walk away from the monastery. Breakfast is large and filling. Highly recommended.

I chose to stay at John and Lena's because of its location - a 5-minute walk to Tatev Monastery since the purpose of my trip was to go to the late-night and early morning services. But it turned out to be a really warm, home-like stay. The owners were so welcoming and friendly that I felt like they were old friends of mine, rather than people I just met. Everything was great and the memories make me feel nice even today - the owner meeting me at the entrance when I just arrived, an invitation to a family tea party in the evening, a nice chat afterward - this was much more than I expected. The breakfast in the morning was abundant and tasty, including fruits, jams, honey, yogurts, pastry in addition to my regular breakfast menu of eggs and cheese. The room was very cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed. I look forward to staying here again next time I am in Tatev.

I stayed a couple of days in Tatev. Apart from the famous monastery, there are wonderful walks in the area. This is a great B&B. Very clean,spacious rooms, very good and plentiful breakfasts and evening meals. And….warm, kind and extremely helpful English speaking hosts. Gayane helped enormously with my complicated share taxi trip back to Yerevan. She and her mother were fantastic hosts throughout. B&B easily found on Apple maps.

Hi Guys, Is there a way to get from Sisian to Tatev or at least Halidzor by public transport? How long will it take? We are wondering about visiting Sisian on the way and coming to your place:)

Hi. There is a public transportation from Sisian to Goris every day in the morning at 9 o’clock. It will take about one hour.

Hi - my son is in a wheelchair - are there any rooms on the ground floor? There are 4 of us and can stay in 2 rooms.

Hi We have one room on the ground floor with one bed. So, your son can stay in that room and other three can stay on the second floor. When you decide to come to Tatev?
