A matter of price
✓ Located in the city center. Price was decent.
✗ Parking is an issue. No parking for more than 75min near the hotel. On wednesdays and thursdays no parking at all. The hotels' restaurant is outrageously expensive.

Comfortable, affordable room in the heart of Kaufbeuren.
✓ The staff was friendly and helpful and their English was wonderful. My room was incredibly comfortable (the best bed I've had my whole trip) and the area the hotel in is beautiful. There is a lift for anyone who needs it. I didn't take breakfast but had a coffee at the cafe and it was delicious.
✗ Nothing - everything was perfect.

Fabulous
✓ We enjoyed our stay in the 2 levels apartment, great for three people. Very clean and well thought, we had Harribos on our pillows. Nice parking, very easy to get to.
✗ The bathroom was in two separate “rooms” - the WC&sink and the shower - which was mostly unexpected, not necessarily unpleasant

Pleasant
✓ Nice big family room and breakfast buffet.
✗ It was a hot night, we had to leave the windows open because there was no AC or a fan, but outside in the square and the bar below it was very noisy till at least 1am. We couldn't fall asleep until well after that. The reason for our stay was to rest for a 10 hour journey the following day. I would advice the hotel to provide fans for the room to avoid this sort of inconvenience.
