Our hotel is located in JBR "The Walk" area that has a free access to the JBR public beach.
Where is terrace and the photos of the terrace
Terrace/Balcony is located within the room, it gives better view of Jumeirah Beach Residences
It says that the room is for 3 adults but it only has 1 large bed. Where will the 3rd person sleep ?

Hi, I am arriving in Dubai at 2am on 13th December and I am looking for a hotel to check-in immediately once I arrive. Can you please tell me what is your policy on early check in? If I arrive at this time, would I need to pay full price for the previous night?

With your arrival schedule, the only option is to book your room on the night of the 12th of December with the full night charge to pre-register your booking to ensure you will access your room on the time of your arrival on the 13th of December at 02:00 hrs.
Are there any food and drink restrictions during Ramadan 2020 in the hotel?
There is no Food or Drink restriction during Ramadan, however food can only be serviced in designated areas and concealed restaurants, However we are not allowed to serve food in public.
Is the pool currently open? And does it get sun all day?
The pool is open daily from 7am until 10pm. The pool does not get sun all day, however best timings are in the morning around 11am and afternoon after lunch.
Can I get this room with my wife and my 7 years old daughter
Daughter will be sharing existing bed as the room is not suitable to place an extra bed.
