I arrived to the country and got a cab to the apartment to be told it was cancelled and I couldn’t stay there. They have took the money from my account twice so I have paid double and I have still not been refunded. worst experience ever while traveling alone

The property is in a great location, right in Dubai Marina area and close walking distance from JBR. The property was great and very spacious for a group of friends.

The property Guest Experience Maker/Meet and Greet was subpar, he basically dropped us to apartment, swiped our credit card for any outstanding settlements and left. He did not orientate us the the apartment, building or area, which I believe should be standard. The apartment itself is nice but in need of many repairs, there was multiple cupboard doors not closing correct and broken. Some electrical power points in the kitchen did not work along with the toaster when attempted to use caused all the electrics to out, tripping the main electric switch. The water pressure in all showers was very weak and in one bathroom the shower head was broken. Not enough towels were provided for all guest. The TV was not connected with loose cables so was not working on the first night. This property has great potential but really in need of a makeover mainly use wear and tear.

Clean rooms and nice location. Kitchen is neat and all vessels are available.

1000 AED deducted as caution deposit by using my credit card but till now the amount is not yet reversed. However, the property owner confirmed this amount will be reversed to my credit card at the earliest. Waiting for the amount to be credited back to my credit card.

In regards with the security deposit, it can be given by cash or credit card which will be returned immediately upon check out if cash was given and 3 to 5 working days if credit card. The view from then property was excellent. Clean and well kept. There was some issues with the bathroom leaking. Toiletries were provided but not sufficient for two days stay.
