✓ Private swimming pools and bbq area. we stay at beach front villa. we really enjoyed the sunsets and sunrises. will stay there again next time.

✓ the only thing that we liked about the property was of course it’s secluded location and the beach is always known for being cleaner than the rest (with that said, I can get the same beach at Karambunai Nexus hotel side instead of coming here)

✗ The property is so rundown that while showering, the mosaic from the ceiling actually fell down. luckily it didn’t hit my kids because my husband was the one taking a shower at that point of time. Right before that, my kids were taking a shower and one of them were standing at the exact same location where the mosaic pieces fell. pls refer to the photo shown. The spa system didn’t even work properly but that’s ok. I don’t even expect much anymore. However, the basic taps and nozzle on the bathtub didn’t even work properly also. apart from that, the pool is actually under a different management and no towels are provided! the only towels provided are the ones inside the room but we need that to shower? I’ve never visited a hotel or resort or Homestay that has swimming pool but requires you to bring your own towels from the room and later on have to reuse back? how can we reuse the towels if they’re so wet? what about our kids? Kids are allowed as well but they expect all of us to share one or two miserable pieces. 4 adults = 4 towels. so if all towels are used up, we have to pay RM10 extra for each extra towel if we want to use it for kids. Better go to Karambunai Nexus resort and not here. their price is about the same but they can offer more than this pathetic situation.

a place which has potential but needs maintaining. staff were exceptional.

✗ this place has potential if it was maintained well. we had cockroaches in our room and small lizards. the air conditioner didn’t work in some rooms. the pool is only available from 9-5pm and the small available space to get to the beach is covered in rubbish. balcony had holes in it.
