Questions from travelers
Can we go to flamingo beach from there?
All resort guests are able to visit Renaissance Island including Flamingo Beach. All room rates include complimentary access.
Are the little over the water rooms you stay in?
The private cabanas at Renaissance Island can be rented for the day but are not our rooms. We do offer nowadays an option to rent Renaissance Island for an overnight stay and in that particular case we transform one of the cabanas into a bedroom. Please feel free to reach out for more information about this bucket list experience!
Do you provide vegan options at any of your restaurants?
Several of our restaurants are offering vegan options. The vegan options are marked on our menus.
If we are staying there one night, can we go before check in to the private island? Can we show proof that we are staying there before we have our room keys in order to spend that day at the private island?
As a guest you are able to visit the private island on the day of check in as well as on the day of check out. Your room key gives you access to the boat that brings you over to Renaissance Island.
Does all inclusive include food and/alcohol?
The all inclusive package does include food and alcohol, please see below an overview of all inclusions: • Unlimited standard brand beverages including frozen drinks in Renaissance operated outlets • Daily American breakfast or breakfast buffet in Renaissance operated outlets • Daily a la carte or buffet lunch in Renaissance operated outlets • Daily a la carte or buffet dinner in Renaissance operated outlets. Dinner is defined as 1 Appetizer or Salad, 1 entrée and 1 dessert from the menu • F&B service charge • Free use of Patamingo’s Kids Club • 15% discount on indoor spa treatments • Non-motorized watersports including sun floats, snorkel masks, kayaks and paddle boards • Casino match play coupon of $10 per adult, per stay
Is meal plans required? Does each guest have to order a meal plan? How are meal plans charged and ordered?
While we do offer breakfast and all-inclusive meal plans at Renaissance Aruba Resort, we also offer a room only plan that does not include meals.
When is the best time to visit your property for the perfect beach holiday?
Aruba is blessed with clear skies, bright sunshine (more sunny days than any other island!), and cooling trade winds practically every day of the year. Except for a few scattered annual weather events and some brief showers on some days (very welcomed by our tropical plants!), the sun does indeed always shine here!
Is alcohol included in all inclusive?
Yes, alcohol is included in the all-inclusive plan.
Is this a couples only hotel/resort,
The Renaissance Aruba is offering two distinct lodging options, being the adult-exclusive Renaissance Marina Hotel and the family friendly one bedroom suites a the Renaissance Ocean Suites. We offer two different experiences within one resort.
