Holiday Inn is an international brand - this stay did not meet the expectation for such a brand.
✓ Breakfast was satisfactory with some selections. Good location and pleasant staff. Public areas were clean.
✗ Key cards needed to be re-programmed EVERYDAY! Wi-fi strength was very poor. My bathroom ceiling had water damage and mold. Shower curtain was useless by design - water was pooled on the floor. Sound proofing between rooms was not good.

✓ due to staff shortage, a front desk worker (i believe) was filling in for the breakfast staff. She was doing her best, but it was obvious she wasn't used to what all needed to be done.
