visit this hotel and you will not be disappointed
✓ in general food in the hotel was very good. the schweinschintzel was the best i ever had. i can only recommend it.
✗ i heard there is one small and very hot room with only single beds in the top of the hotel so check your room on arrival (which should be standard procedure anyway)

Quiet hotel 8kms from Znojmo
✓ The breakfast was very large,, although expensive at €8. There is good food available in the dining area and there is ample space to park your car. The bathroom is also very large. I stayed at this hotel for two consecutive nights : the first one, booked through Booking.com and the second night which I booked at the hotel in person. I was given two separate rooms. I liked room 102 only which I was given for the first night : everything worked in the room and the room was very clean with 2 single beds, a table with 2 chairs, TV, téléphone, wardrobe and mirror. The staff were all very pleasant and Iiked the comfortable tables and chairs in the dining area.
✗ The hotel is not in Znojmo. It's close to the Austrian border. I had to change to a different room for the 2nd night which was inconvenient. The 2nd night's room had a few problems, the worst of which was that the window shutters didn't work so that you couldn't block light from coming in and it made changing clothes awkward with the lights on inside the room. The door lock was also rather ify. The food menu is only in Czech, even though the hotel is just a few Kms from Austria. There are no Covid precautions whatsoever at the hotel.
