✗ Morning noises made by third party workers around the premises. Rubber wheeled carriages may be a solution. This is utopia😊

✓ Great location. Good size bathroom and rooms given the price and location.
✗ Somewhat difficult to find reception. Receptionists we’re fine but not the most friendly and the very casual approach to luggage storage: I get they take no responsibility but no tags, no receipt, no nothing. I just had to hope my bag would be where I left it…

✓ The only thing that spolit our stay was that as we were a party of FOUR, we each wanted to pay for our quarter of the room cost ...this was not possible and then meant we had to find a cashpoint in order to split the bill !!

✓ I liked the location, lots of restaurants, bars and shopping area close by. I loved the artwork in the corridors.my room was quite spacious and I had a fridge.
✗ The carpet in my room has seen better days and could do with replacing. I booked a double.bed but instead got 2 singles pushed together.

✓ The room was okay, with sufficient space and comfortable beds. Cleaning staff kept the room clean and tidy while we were gone.
✗ The staff member at the reception the night I arrived did not speak any English, but the problem is that they did not even make any effort to enable communication - I had to use google translate on my phone to literally SHOW what I was saying. The room we were assigned was on an upper floor (kind of an attic) accessible only through stairs and had faulty blinds, which meant that we were woke up every day with a blazing sun on our faces. Lastly, there was an incessant noise all night long which was quite annoying, not sure where it was coming from.
