Adequate but not spectacular.
✓ The breakfast food was good. Would have liked to have high fiber cereal. The room was nice. Lots of storage for clothes. Lots of light in the bathroom.
✗ It was windy the first night and the wind pushing into the wall mounted hvac kept waking me up and when the heating came on it seemed it took at least a minute to kick in but it made this clicking or tapping noise continuously until it did. I was almost asleep the first night and when the heating came on it startled me awake. I thought someone was coming into the room. The first morning I showered and then went down for breakfast. When I came back up to brush my teeth the bathroom had a noticeable urine smell. I couldn't see where it was coming from. I left the fan running when I left. Later that day when I returned the staff had shut the fan off. I noticed the odor was still there but not as strong. Perhaps a little investigation into that is necessary.

✗ no toilet paper BOTH nights after I even requested at the front desk. it was still a bit dirty and opened snacks left in cupboards Ect. the fire alarm went off at 8 am after a rough sleep lol. I won’t stay here again.

Hi there, Yes our pool is currently open. We do have to follow Alberta Health Guidelines and are only allowed a max of 1 household in the pool at once time. We are taking 1 hour time slots for guests of the hotel. Cheers! Erica
