✓ Great Location Nice set up Everything we needed was in place

✗ Only issue was the shower room Although the Bathroom was absolutely fine, the smell in the Shower Room was so bad that it actually made us feel a bit sick It is obviously a sewerage issue, but, definitely needs looking in to

✓ location is very central and very close to tourist spots.

✗ Check in and check is very problematic, even i have completed the pre registration i still had to go to a different reception which is 8 to 10 mins walk, when they can just give a code since there is lock box, check out is the same needs to surrender the key to the reception, very inconvenient, 2nd the 200 euro deposit 1 day before check in is also required to do, when you can do it upon check in. I think they should make an effort in making check in and check out smooth.

✗ Everything was perfect we take one room for three and was really comfortable

✓ Amazing location. Very spacious apartment. Master bedroom is great.

✗ Keep in mind location is for the key pickup, not the apartment itself. It is close by however in a great and central location. There weren’t many kitchen utensils which made cooking challenging. The second bed is in the lounge, and there’s only one shared bathroom which requires the person staying in the bedroom to walk past you sleeping in the lounge when using the toilet at night

Great location, very comfortable.

✓ Staff was knowledgeable and helpful, even when we later made a mistake. The apartment was big, clean, with more than enough beds and otherwise most things you can need. It was a little bit noisy given its location but nothing you can't manage with earplugs.

✗ There was quite a bit of queue to pick up the keys as everyone seems to arrive at the same time. I would suggest the apartments could offer some more essentials in the kitchen (ie coffee filters). You have to leave a deposit and i can't yet say if it will be paid back in a timely manner (tbc - neither bad or good rn).
