✓ A great business hotel close to the centre (Astronomical clock, Charle’s Bridge, etc.). There’s shopping mall and some restaurants and cafes just up the street from the hotel. Comfortable, tidy, great breakfast variety.

✓ Good location, easy to reach the old town by foot. Room was about the size to be expected, but a roomy bathroom. Standard but good breakfast, appreciated the possibility to have fresh omelets/pancakes/waffles.
✗ In this day and age, NOT to have power outlets for charging close by the the bed is a bit odd. There's just a single central "power cube" to connect to at the middle of the room. Aircon incredibly noisy also on low setting. I shut it off.

Overall, I truly enjoyed my week stay and would choose this establishment again if needed.
✓ Fantastic location - the breakfast options were perfect - my room was more than acceptable. I did not find the staff overly friendly, but certainly professional. I did find the cleaning staff very helpful and hospitable, not needing my room cleaned daily, but very generous with extra towels and room coffee.
✗ I found the front desk staff to be a bit hit or miss with helpfulness. Definitely, some staff much more friendly and helpful with suggestions, but not all.

We all enjoyed our stay and probably we’ll go back again in the near future.
✓ The breakfast was the best.
✗ We were surprised no toothbrush,toothpaste,was informing the receptionist .we had to ask for it.this is the fist hotel we didn’t had but it’s okay they explain to s why and we accepted it.
