Konak Saray Hotel

Enjoyed the accomodation.

✓ The breakfast buffet has something for everyone. Staff are pleasant and welcoming. The hotel has an open and airy feel. Good hot shower.

✗ For 700 TL, you can't get a better deal in the vicinity.

Basic Hostel Central Location

✓ - Less than 10 minute walk to Çankaya metro station, 10 minute walk to Basmane mydan with different cross-city bus companies, and 20 minute walk to Konak metro station - 5 minute walk to Agora Roman remains - 5 minute walk to old bazaar with so many twists leading to Clock Tower square - a supermarket just down the building - cozy rooms with good AC, decent WiFi, hot shower, TV, fridge, shampoo and shower gel supply - 24 hour front desk, helpful receptionists good with giving directions

✗ - breakfast is basic: boiled eggs, cheese, jam, honey, butter, tea and coffee

it is a good place to spay for a few nights, there ware shampoo and shower gels, hair dryer, clean towels

Very cheap hotel, not as bad as expected. I would book again if I visit Izmir

✓ -The staff was accommodating with everything; they also spoke English at the reception. Funny enough about the cleaning and kitchen ladies though they didn't speak English we could very well communicate with signs and smiles. All were very friendly. -With my rainbow hair and piercings, I felt insecure walking around Izmir alone as a woman but never at the hotel. - It's located in the center of the city, very close to the bazaar, walking distance from the boulevard. - The hotel has a great base, I m sure it has seen glorious days in the past. With some maintenance, deep cleaning and-or painting it could have more stars. -Internet fast enough to stream tv. - Screens on the windows so I could have them open all day and night without flies or mosquitoes - A lot of choices for breakfast

✗ -No elevator. -Instant coffee at breakfast in a small pot, empty in the first few days was disappointing. -The air conditioner seemed to work but didn't cool the room at all. -Noisy busy street, even at night and very early in the morning-not the hotel's fault of course-

Great location, nice breakfast, but overall amazing service, 100% recommended

✓ Appart of the great location, the nice breakfast and the spacious room, the best was the care and service from Mr Orhan and Mr Bukur, amazing hosts, they allowed me to do early check in, and assisted me on everything I needed, also they showed me very nice places where I had traditional food Thank you for your help , I will definitely go back and stay at your place, Regards!
