✓ Breakfast was not up to my expectation.
✓ The property was in a great location with a ton of restaurants and shops near by. The hotel was also clean with friendly staff. Loved the hotel pool area and rooftop area.
✗ The room that I expected to be in was not as nice as it seemed in the photos. However they were able to accommodate me to a different room although it wasn’t what I ordered
✓ location
✗ waiters
✓ the facilities were nice and clean
✗ the shower had black mold that could have easily been cleaned off. the Wi-Fi didn’t reach the room so we would have to walk down to the lobby and sit there uncomfortably stay away from room 711 for Wi-Fi connectivity, for reference we have iPhones.
✓ Breakfast was almost the same menu everyday. You get tired of eating it after the second day. Would prefer more variety in the menu. Room was cleaned everyday and towels were changed too. The whole hotel is very clean. Staff at the reception were very helpful in advising on the tours etc. Hotel is situated in a convenient location. Metro is walking distance Lots of restaurants and shops around the area.
✗ Nothing to complain about.
✓ nicely decorated though some areas could do with some maintenance or restoration; breakfast very good; comfortable beds and nice rooms; facilities good though pool and gym are a bit small; location is very good
✗ water keeps getting topped up but isn’t clear that it’s not free; lifts could be more efficient; staff need to smile more; WiFi is not good.
✓ comfortable and clean, attentive staff and excellent breakfasts, with a nice pool area on the buildings roof and gym.
✗ location, Flamengo. there’s nothing much in Flamengo, in 5 days I didn’t find a decent restaurant! not the hotels fault, but Flamengo is a bore!
✓ beautiful hotel and goes everything you’d need it to
✗ unfortunately I didn’t get much sleep as my room was facing some kind of giant fan/engine. my air conditioning broke in the middle of the night and the walls are paper thin if you have a joining room
Yes, you may bring one guest, but they also need to check in at the front desk.
The hotel does not offer transfer services.
