It was ok, clean decent place to lay my head but I probably wouldn't book again.
✓ The location was great! The Japanese restaurant was amazing. Loved our outdoor shower. The pool on the other resort was a nice time. Very accommodating at the bars and lobby. The sports bar always had fresh delicious snacks. Loved the expresso machines that where easily accessible.
✗ Our room was a little rough as far as the patch job of holes in the walls. Two outlets were coming out of the walls and one quit working in the middle of our stay. We had slippers, but no robes, the guy that brought us to our rooms said he'd be back with some. Never did. We never had the black makeup towel. Water pressure was not great. Our pool had alot.of kids, which is ok, but we were trying to relax at the bar and they were splashing and sitting on the barstools.

✓ The staff was very polite and friendly. The resort was very clean
✗ My room phone didn't work. Also my water wasn't working properly. The first night I was there I had to call maintenance because my toilet was not flushing.

Huge amazing Hotel
✓ The view from my room was amazing, being able to see the beach from my room, I loved the outside shower. Food was good at the restaurants that I have dinner.
✗ I wasn't fond of how far I had to walk to get to breakfast especially in that heat. Did not like that the only place you can get beach towels was at the pool.

Good afternoon, we are 25 to 30 minutes from the airport. We dont have a shuttle service, so you may take a taxi (US$ 35). we have a Casino and Spa onsite. Regards.
