Pleased with good attitude to service.

✓ Repair to missing bathroom basin plug was complicated but the plumber came promptly and spent Saturday getting it right. All staff were very helpful.

✓ Good location and friendly staff.

✗ Needs some maintenance, as toilet wouldn't flush appropriately, the shower door was off the railings and there were a lot of spots on the walls that had dings in them.

✓ Very good value and location. Breakfast was convenient and also very good. The staff was helpful with good suggestions for dinner nearby.

✗ Our room was hot! We just couldn't get it to cool down, even setting thermostat to 66.

Good 1 night transit stay

✓ It was clean and quiet. Good location, close to everything. Easy check in/out. Available breakfast and luggage store. As staying one night prior to business trip, it was good to get some activities done nearby.

✗ Room is quite small and limited toiletry. But overall ok for the price.

A nice stay with an EXCELLENT staff!

✓ The staff was SO friendly and accommodating! From the welcome bag, to breakfast accommodations, to helping me store my luggage between check-out and my later flight- they were just so nice. The shower was also quite nice and the bed was comfortable.

✗ The room was small and did not have a refrigerator, which I always appreciate on trips for drinks. There was also only one ice machine on property and it was in the basement.
