✓ Location on the beach

✗ Dated , rusty , in dire need of an uplift Check in is a nightmare with chaos ! Staff are aplenty but clueless

✓ We expected the room to be bigger and better, but it was tiny. And the view we expected was not up to the mark, we booked novotel only for ocean view, but the view was average.

✗ Didn't like the size of the room and price we paid for such a tiny room, and the time it took to provide us with the room even though we informed the hotel we would arrive a little early, we will skip this hotel in future.

✗ Very old. The bathroom door would make a loud noise when we try to close it. The wall has stains on it

Very pleasant and easy, good service and nice staff in general.

✓ Check in was nice. Breakfast was also nice but at one point they didn't have space for me to eat at the restaruant. I ate at the room instead which was fine. Nice view from the room.

✗ I paid for stuff I didn't consume from the mini bar. The receptionist said I had consumed a few things but in reality I hadn't. It was a small sum so I just paid it to move things along. Also I asked for bottled water at the breakfast that cost 500 rupees I realised when I saw the receipt. The most expensive water bottle I've ever had. Also breakfast didn't always have space.

✓ Love the 640 double sided window premium occean view rooms. I always want that . 6th floor Mr Salil Gore and Mr Baig were great always. The restaura also good ppl

✗ Glass is best .. plastic is bad true. So glasd bottles are nice. But they r sooo slim. Sorry n heavy keep 500ml na if glass 🤷‍♀️ keep 4 four 500 ml glass bottles Menu ala carte v v expensive. They should include dinnwr buffet in same price plss

Good hotel, good food, untrained and rude staff.

✓ Good quality rooms, Good food great location if you need to be in the Juhu area

✗ Staff was untrained. A customer in line during check out was rightfully frustrated because there was some technical error and he needed to get to the airport urgently. The staff ganged up on him and were almost threatening when he had every right to be angry and frustrated. I had to intervene and help the poor guy. The staff was apologetic after I intervened, but the staff run the place like they are the mafia, and prey on customers who are not assertive.
