✓ Wonderful service and hotel!

✓ Best location for tbilisi, but One thing I did not like that they changed my chosen room by reservation to another one without telling me before and they said it is a better one but in fact I would not choose that room if was available for reservation , good thing that there was a balcony with nice view that was perfect and communication with the team was very good and they were very helpful.

I'd stay here again, I think that says it all!

✓ Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast and in the bar & restaurant was very nice.

✗ It was a non smoking room but it smelt of smoke obviously from a previous occupant, not much the hotel can do about that though I don't think.

Spacious clean rooms

✓ The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable beds. Great location

✗ The staff needs to be trained more to understand English. We always had a hard time explaining to room service what we required. We always had to connect to reception to pass on our requirements.

Great location and great staff

✓ Thank you to all the hotel staff, helpful, friendly, and smiling every time I came to ask for help or a favor. I felt they were doing their best to support their guests. Happy face. Special thanks to Lika at the reception.

✗ The room was a bit small, but I'm glad I got the room with a balcony. I'm a person who likes to get up in the dark so much light was coming in from the balcony in the morning and I think in my opinion they should add blackout curtains.
