    Good room, shower with bathtub, good bed. Excellent location: super close to the ski lift, many nice restaurants around and ski rentals.

    Breakfast could be better. Its OK, but just a bit limited. Also the pillow was a bit hard.

    the hotel was basic but the reception staff were really nice, it was spacious for a small hotel and location was excellent. beds were comfy too

    could have done with AC in the room as it was too loud from the street to open the windows at night but got warm as there was a few of us in the room.

    It was a nice 3* hotel and good value for money. Our room was a large family room with plenty of space and two bathrooms. The beds were the best part of the stay. So comfortable - but buy ear plugs!! Breakfast was fine and what would be expected for a 3* hotel. Perhaps one more option for cereal in the morning would be my only addition. We needed to be out on the slope early for a ski competition and they accommodated by opening the breakfast early!

    Perhaps some better noise insulation from the back side of the hotel - the Irish Pub and a nightclub down the alley was noisy on the first night, but I bought some ear plugs and then slept happily through it. My children did not notice the noise at all.

    The hotel's proximity to the slopes was excellent, but the best part of the hotel was the bed, as someone who struggles to sleep in hotel beds, this was not the case at Hotel Casado and all three members of our party said the same. Would definitely stay again

    The hotel was a little loud on our first night, but this was a Saturday so was to be expected, the rest of the week was great

    Location was amazing! Staff were lovely. Breakfast was good.

    The drain in our shower was clogged so would fill up with water as you showered. It would happen quite quickly too so had a very short amount of time to shower before it would overflow. This was annoying but they may have just been unaware if no one has told them previously. Also the show head holder was broken off so had to shower holing the shower head.
