Very bad experience, much overpriced

✗ Terrible hotel, old not so clean. The staff is not helpful and was completely lost in terms of my reservation. The girl on the reception doesn't even know where is my room located when she wanted to navigate me there. Breakfast is one big joke. They have 4 options for choice but 3 of them are not available. They want to charge extra for normal ground coffee only instant is available. The worst Hotel in the Philippines I have stayed in. DON'T STAY THERE!

Next time again!

✓ Breakfast was ok but not extraordinary. Staff was really engaged and very friendly. Location was quite good in the near of the baywalk with it`s every evening foodcourt.

✗ Rooms are a bit dark, but this is due to the wodden ceilings and walls.

✗ I was charged double for this dump. I was promised a refund for the double charge and over a month later I am still waiting. Booking.com was not helpful Esther. Really disappointed. I could have paid for a better place for what I've now been charged. Thieves.
