The apartment is located in a quiet road close to the river. The communication with the owner was very quick and efficient. The apartment is very well equipped and had everything we needed. It is very clean and comfortable. We loved our stay there and would come again any time.

Nice, comfortable, spacious and very clean appartment. Everything you need for short or longer stay. Location is perfect, parking right in front. Very friendly and helpful host living nearby. Private entrance. In colder time you have to make sure with the host that the heating is on, do so as soon as you get there. It takes time to heat the space. We really like our stay there and highly recommend this place in Dilijan. In my opinion, it is one of the best you may find in Dilijan.

Very heavy comforters, but it is a very personal preference, not a real problem. I am sure there were other options somewhere in this apt, we just did not ask for it.

It’s a very clean and located in calm area of town . There are local shops and drugstore nearby. Beautiful park other side of river . About 30 min walk through this park to the center.

So far the greatest accommodation in Dilijan. Very comfortable, clean, and with all the necessities. The host was very friendly and outgoing.

The place was very clean and very well equipped with almost everything you may need,including washing powder and soap etc. Lots of towels and beddings. Location is quite good, they have a supermarket a a nice family cafe Gor and other things close by. People who met us were polite.

The communication wasn't really good, the owner texted me the day before the arrival and I informed her 2 hours in advance and still noone was at the place when we came and we were waiting for more than 20 minutes by the door. Also the guy who met us, asked if it's cold inside, we said yes and he said he doesn't know where is it and we should ask the owner (because he is not the owner) about switching on the heater later. We were freezed at night and the last day we texted the lady asking to switch on the heater. She said ok and very late in the evening the same guy came and switched it on. So we didn't understand why did he say that he didnt know how to do it in the beginning, maybe for economical reason. Above this, everything was good.
