the owner paied attention to every detail when he designed and equipped the rooms and the house, it is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful, cares about guests, and does a good job in keeping the house clean and make you feel like at home, or even better. There is a safe garage for bikes, a large kitchen, a washing machine, and more.

the only thing I did not like is that I did not have more time to enjoy this place and the city of Gyumri...

The welcoming impression of this place was memorable. My room was very clean. The room was provided with a towel, a toothbrush, a soap, a little shampoo, a hair dryer, a small table, a chair, a cabinet with some shelves, and also a TV. The shared kitchen and yard was well furnished and relaxing. I just loved this place. Also they have some bicycles that you can take for free to explore. The weather was still cold but the room temperature was great and could be changed thanks to the electrical heater.

Perfect place! Very friendly and helpful host. Absolutely tidy and clean beautiful rooms. Very nice common space, awsome backyard. The location of the hostel is very good, very central. Very good price.

unbelievably clean, spacious room, very nice bed, manager very friendly, nice modern decor, quiet, secure

a bit of a walk from the center of town but not too far. however, very conveniently located for the train station shower area in bathroom not separate from rest of bathroom, so entire bathroom floor gets wet after a shower would be nice to have a small fridge in the room, but there’s one available to guests downstairs in the kitchen so that’s almost as good

Everything about the place was perfect. The host, Hrach, is the kindest guy, always offering help and advice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is a quiet little street a small walk away from the center of Gyumri. Recommend to everyone visiting Gyumri.

Tidy, cheap room in a lovely quiet location in Gyumri. The owner was helpful with finding the accommodation after I got off the train.

The owner insisting at the end that I give him "ten" rating on this website, even asking "you understand?" To the owner -- guests can rate your accommodation however they like. If you hadn't said this you would have received a ten.
