Perfect location and a really nice Ibis!

The location couldn’t be better! A few blocks from Republic Square and in the posh part of the city and yet not far at all from the more local areas. Yerevan is a really great city and this hotel makes it comfortable and easy to get around. The staff are all very professional and the room itself was very clean (not at all worn out like some Ibis hotels I’ve stayed in). It was comfortable and pretty spacious and the public areas (the bar, restaurant etc. were all great, with the bar being open 24 hours a day, very handy if you have a very late or very early flight (good little espresso machine!) I would stay here again!

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

I strongly recommend this hotel!

Literally at the heart of the city. I managed to go wherever I wanted without the need to take any means of transport. Breakfast was super rich and varied. I loved the croissants very much. The bed was super comfy. Hot water was always available. The room was really calm, too. I was offered, upon my request, a 1 hour delayed checkout.

The coffee was null. It neither tasted nor smelled coffee. Every day, I had to go the coffee shops in the neighbourhood to grab a real coffee. The receptionist ladies were not helpful as expected. Their answers to my questions were minimal.

Location is great. Hotel is comfortable and clean. Luggage can be kept in a safe space.

Check in time at 3h is a bit inconvenient, I arrived early and couldn't find any available room earlier than that.

Nice hotel in very good location. Rooms are small, but still ok for couple days stay. Beds in room are really comfortable. Breakfast is in restaurant which has nice terrace. I'm staying here for 5th time, so it worth it.

Toiletries are not in separate packs, as there is plastic rack with liquid soap and shampoo placed on the wall in toilet and bath. No robes.
