Great location, hotel and staff but would ask for a quieter room.

✓ Location was excellent but one way system made it difficult to go the way I wanted in the morning, especially with rush hour traffic. Hotel and staff very good.

✗ "Upgraded" to Deluxe room but this was at front of hotel and so car noise made it difficult to sleep. Deluxe came with aircon but no fridge!!!! Would rather of had fridge the aircon in October! Please don't upgrade unless room location and difference is explained.

Great location to explore the city not being far from the grand place. Good facilities and hel staff

✗ It would be helpful to explain the entrance into the car park is down a steep ramp to an underground car park. Including dimensions would be helpful as a big 4x4 wouldn't fit in.

Very good

✓ Hotel is nice, comfortable, clean. Bed very comfortable. Staff was polite and nice. Breakfast coffe was good. Hotel is close to Mons centre which is really nice. Good value for money!

✗ Breakfast should have more choices. Poor selection of fruits and vegetables. Garage door and enterance very narrow, too small. Room noisy at night.
