I very much enjoyed staying at Hotel Bero and hope to do so again. The staff was very nice and helpful with advice and directions. The rooms are of good size and very tastefully decorated. Great modern shower! I enjoyed the good size pool and the various saunas. The breakfast was excellent.

Great stay overall in hotel Bero. Large room and even two toilets (1 separate for wheelchair persons ). Modern light bathroom... Nice breakfast... Great Spa (hammam was very hot, which was really great). Personnel was friendly...

Didn't like the cardboard glasses in the bathroom instead of real glas glasses and no tea spoon but wooden sticks instead. Also no nespresso in the room but only water boiler for nescafe. For a four star hotel this is disappointing. I had my room at the back of the hotel. A lot of noise there from airconditioning pipes (at least I think that's what it was). Also the windows were both covered with brown curtains, which couldn't be opened. So there was no view thru the window. This was not good.

Very close to the beach, and some really nice restaurants close by. Coming from a festival, having breakfast that goes from 0700-1030 was really helpful.

Good size of room; good spread of breakfast items (included in the room price); friendly and helpful staff

Minor issues: one light in the room was flickering, another didn't work at all and another was missing its shade. These issues couldn't be resolved during the stay but didn't impact on it. The implication was that these features were not checked as part of the preparation of the room.

Very nice interior of the room, a welcome drink for guests. Nice spa area.

I had to wait for check in for some time. For breakfast shortage of staff - difficult to get a table but they were working quickly though

large room, best location

there are bathtub and shower in the room. But both are located opposite side of the room each other and there are not a shower in bathtub. I don't have any idea how to wash up my body in the bathtub.
