the one member of staff I had to interact with on my short stay couldn’t have been more helpful. A happy smile when I come into the hotel really helps.

there’s no restaurant - just pizza in the evening and a pretty basic. breakfast. the entrance isn’t mad east to find

The place is live was active even when arrived midnight, Free Parking, nearby the highway and shopping places.

Rooms are a bit on the small side. no luggage trolley, but the friendly staff offered to help.

Kind and welcoming staff, great location. clean rooms with good facilities and a great location if your visiting Walibi Belgium or travelling through Belgium.

The only minor thing that I think could of been improved would be if there were complementary tea and coffee in the rooms, other than that it was superb.

Staff were really friendly and always went the extra mile to fix any issues. I stayed in all floors. The middle floor is the best one because you can't hear the storm (on the top floor you can), and the bottom floor is the coldest but you can ask for portable heaters which make your room nice and toasty :)

Needing to use taxis that I would book and that wouldn't arrive or would be taken by other hotel guests.

The location wasn’t great for food delivery services but there were a lot of shops within a miles walk
